This Policy applies to all products and services provided by Sydney Pool & Gas Heating.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where a major failure occurs, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation. Where a failure is non-major, we will rectify it within a reasonable time.
We warranty all installation and service work against defects in workmanship for 12 months from the date of completion. This covers faults resulting directly from our work. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear.
Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and equipment we supply. Warranty periods vary by brand and product. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
Services: If a booked service has not yet been performed, you may cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a call-out or cancellation fee.
