Pumps, filters, chlorinators and salt cells. There’s no separate call-out or diagnostic fee — the $99 is the repair visit itself. If a pump has to be replaced, that’s from $150 for the labour, plus the cost of the pump, which we price before any work starts.

Shock and balance, a full brush, skim and vacuum, a filter clean and an equipment check, to get the pool clear and safe to swim. Most pools start from $199 plus chemicals; a severely neglected pool is quoted once we’ve seen it, and some need a follow-up visit, which costs extra.

Australian Standard AS/NZS 5601 and most manufacturer warranties require a gas fireplace to be serviced at least every 2 years, and annually for high-use units or rental properties. NSW landlords have a duty of care to ensure gas appliances are safe — a documented service by a licensed gas fitter (like our Lic. 498373C team) protects compliance, validates warranty, and catches issues like blocked flues, faulty thermocouples and unsafe CO output before they become hazards.

A gas pool heater is the fastest pool heating option on the market — typically lifting a standard residential pool by 1°C to 2°C per hour, reaching swim temperature within 4 to 12 hours depending on volume and start temperature.
Yes — under NSW Fair Trading regulations, all gas appliance installs and conversions must be completed by a licensed gas fitter. Unlicensed work voids manufacturer warranties, breaches insurance policies, and creates serious safety risks. All our work is signed off under Licence No. 498373C with a certificate of compliance.
It depends on the pool. Start with a single visit — Test & Balance $69, Scoop & Sweep $99 or Premium $149, plus chemicals — and we’ll agree whether fortnightly, three-weekly or four-weekly suits it, based on what we find.
Our $99 Scoop & Sweep visit covers: checking the pool equipment is running, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, checking the water level, scooping leaves and debris, brushing the walls, steps and waterline as needed, backwashing or cleaning the filter as needed, and testing and balancing the water. We add the chemicals it needs (charged separately) and tell you about any equipment faults or repairs worth doing. If you only need the water sorted, Test & Balance is $69; Premium, at $149, adds a full vacuum and a salt-cell clean — both plus chemicals.
